This recording is an audio support to be used in conjunction with 'The Delights of Learning Turkish: A self-study course book for learners of Turkish'. It contains dialogues, texts and their vocabulary as well as key grammar points from the book.

While you are reading the dialogues and texts, you will have the chance to listen at the same time and familiarize yourself with the sound of this fascinating language. You will also find the pronunciation of the vocabulary used in the dialogues and texts on this CD.

The recording starts with the pronunciation of the Turkish alphabet, Turkish words with circumflex accent and vocabulary. It follows the unit order used in the book, which will make it easy for you to follow.

You will also listen to the challenging key grammar points of Turkish, such as 'vowel harmony', 'consonant changes', 'compound nouns', 'possessives', 'object pronouns', etc.

It contains approximately 4 hours of audio in MP3 format. You can play this CD in your PC’s CD/DVD-ROM drive or copy the files to your PC, iPhone, iPad or Android device for use in iTunes, Windows Media Player or the media player on your device.
